Introduction:
Protease is a kind of enzyme preparation produced by one microbe¡¯s submerged fermentation. It is also a kind of modified enzyme preparation after DNA¡¯s recombination. As a common used enzyme preparation in ***ergent industry, the main activated composition alkaline protease can rapidly decompose protein.
Property:
The operating temperature of protease is same with the typical ***ergent procedure (about 25 degree), the effective temperature is 40-50.
The effective PH range of protease is wide between 7.0-10.0,the optimum PH is 9.5. Due to the type of enzyme and its versatility, it can be considered as the enzyme constituent of products used in other leather processing stages such as softening.
Usage Guide:
ASSP is a highly concentrated high-dynamic products, It is not allowed to use directly. It should be diluted with some thing or mixed with other additives. Recommended dosage is equivalent to 0.0015%-0.003% of the original enzyme SA (leather weight) after diluting.
Packing and storage:
Stardard packing 30 KG/polyster barrel. Keep in a dry and room temperature place, it should be better under 20 degree ,the loss of activity will not more than 10% each year.
