1. Product description
Lipase is a kind of enzyme preparation produced by aspergillus submerged fermentation. It is also a kind of modified enzyme preparation after DNAs recombination. The main activated composition lipase can hydrolyze grease into dihydroxypropyl ester/ diacylglycerol/ glycerin/free fatty acid.
Lipase can effectively reduce hydrophobicity of grease and fat and remove dirt.
At 20lipase can improve washing effcet
Lipase can decompose butter dirt or fat dirt on fibre.

3-10 g lipase for 100 kgs (recommended dosage)
Recommendation: sample test should be made before bulk production.
5.Principle
Lipase can hydrolyze glycerin trilaurate into soluble diglycerides, dihydroxypropyl ester, glycerin and free fatty acids. Lipase is used as an ingredient for ***ergent and can effectively remove fatty stains such as oil stains, lipstick stains and etc.
6. Packing and Storage
Standard packing: 30 kg/polyster barrel
Keep in a dry and room temperature place, it should be better under 20&©|65533;&©|65533;; the loss of activity will not more than 10% each year.
7. Points for Attention
Lipase is nonflammable and can be mixed with water in any proportion. Please wear protective articles (respirator, glasses and etc) in operation. Avoid direct inhalation and direct contact for sensitive skin, if into eye with careless, please wash at once.
